Passage: 1 Thessalonians 5:6-11 Description: As we consider the fact that our Lord is coming we should give sober thought to how we are living our lives. Paul admonishes the Thessalonians in how they are to live by giving six commands that must be adhered to as we live in view of His return!

Passage: 1 Thessalonians 5:12-13 The work of a pastor is 24/7 as they study, counsel, evangelize, perform weddings and funerals, protect their flock, visit the sick, and other numerous responsibilities. We will consider three responsibilities of the sheep and three responsibilities of the shepherd.

Passage: 1 Thessalonians 5:14-15 When we look at the beginning of the church age in the Acts of the Apostles what made the New Testament church different than the church of the 21st century? Paul will remind the church at Thessalonica of their six-fold responsibility of the sheep to the sheep.
